Hi my name is Misha, I am a fundamental value investor from Ohio. My investing philosophy is influenced by a mix of Buffet, Munger, Phil Fisher, Ben Graham and other investing greats as well as my own experiences in the market. My focus is on smaller investment ideas, generally in-between the $10 million to $1 billion dollar market cap range but I will look at ideas both smaller and larger if they look attractive to me as an investment idea; basically OTC and AIM kind of stocks but not reduced to just those exchanges. Ideally I want to find overlooked or uncommon stocks in the market that few investors are following and uncover what the underlying value of those businesses are. I strictly invest in US and other developed nations (UK, EU, Canada, Japan, etc) and try to be concentrated (10 stocks or less) so I would want to have some confidence in the stability of the markets I'm invested in.

I don't have any strong views on one value investing theme vs another, I enjoy the very basic idea of buying a stock or a business for less than what it is worth. I am willing to look at many ideas where I could earn a buck. I'll write about stocks from compounders to average cheap businesses to the cheapest net nets.

Overall some of the things I'll write about are just quick write-ups of some businesses that caught my eye, investing concepts that come up, some industry specific things, and other investing ideas on my mind. Thanks for reading.
